This Raspberry leaf tea comes from the leaves of the red raspberry plant. This leaf makes a lovely tea known to have many properties, but a raspberry flavour is not one of these.
Best known as “the woman’s herb” this herb makes a refreshing mildly fruity tea. Red raspberry leaf tea is simple to brew. Use a ratio of 1 tbs of loose-leaf raspberry tea and 1 cup of boiling water. Add your Raspberry Leaf to a tea strainer, tea ball or a mug of your choice and pour boiling water over leaves and steep for 10-15 minutes. Leave the tea to cool and enjoy.
